Develop management plan
We’ll establish a step-wise, or phase-based program focused on progression from where you are to where you want to be, not just symptom relief, so you know where you stand throughout the process.

Yes, if you have Private Health Insurance with suitable extras cover for Physiotherapy services you can claim a rebate on the cost of your consultation.
Because I work from various locations and don’t have a fixed telephone line, I use Tyro Health Online to process claims. Certain funds (Australian Unity, HCF, Navy Health, among some others) won’t process Online Claims on the Spot. However, if you use one of these funds I can provide you with an invoice to claim immediately through your Health Fund’s App or Online Portal.

Every person’s needs are different,
Some people will only want/need 1 consultation (for example, a Second Opinion or Referral)
Some cases may require weekly/fortnightly/monthly visits (post-surgery for example)
Some cases will take up to 12 months (ACL Rehabilitation for example),
So I typically offer 3 options for management of your case:
1) Go Solo: Continue your structured program independently. Check in when needed or when the plan needs to change.2) 1:1 Ongoing Sessions: Consultations and rehab sessions dedicated solely to you. Gym-based or hybrid treatment/rehab consultations to match your recovery.
3) Group Rehabilitation: Gym-based, Small-group training environment for those who benefit from consistent engagement and social support, while also making your rehabilitation more cost-effective.
