Your Sports Rehab / Performance Assessment

A thorough 1:1 assessment to identify what’s driving your limitation. You’ll be assessed for movement, tolerance to loading, your history and potential contributing factors.

Develop your return to play plan

We’ll establish a step-wise, or phase-based program focused on progression from where you are to where you want to be, not just symptom relief, so you know where you stand throughout the process.

Choose Your rehab pathway

Go Solo: Continue your structured program independently. Check in when needed or when the plan needs to change.

1:1 Ongoing Sessions: Consultations and rehab sessions dedicated solely to you. Gym-based or hybrid treatment/rehab consultations to match your recovery.

Group Rehabilitation: Gym-based, Small-group training environment for those who benefit from consistent engagement and social support, while also making your rehabilitation more cost-effective.

  • Over 10 Years of Experience in Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning, and Sports Coaching.

  • Dual Degrees in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy
    (Bachelor Ex. Sci., Bachelor Physiotherapy (Hons))

  • Registered to ESSA, AHPRA

  • Member of the ASCA and APA

  • Experience in working with all levels from Everyday Individuals to Olympians, and first years of life to last.

  • Experience in a variety of settings from public health, to private practice, to small, to medium-sized organisations, to sports clubs and community events

I am passionate about providing patient-centered and evidence-informed care, to empower people to achieve their best quality of life.

When not at work, I love sports of all kinds, music, reading, coffee, food, and spending time with my wife, children, and pet bulldog.
